Science and Capital
Our activities are organized through two entities with distinct and complementary roles: PassionBio as the operating and advisory entity, and PassionBio Capital as the dedicated investment vehicle.
What makes this combination rare is that the same team that evaluates a program remains involved after capital is deployed. Scientific judgment and execution sit in the same hands throughout each investment.
How We Are Organized
Capital deployment is conducted through PassionBio Capital, registered as PBC I EuVECA GmbH & Co. KG in the Austrian Commercial Register under FN 672223p (EUID: ATBRA.672223-000), with registered address at Wasagasse 11/9, 1090 Vienna, Austria. The fund operates under Austrian law and the European Venture Capital Fund regulation. It is managed by Infra.One AT Management GmbH as General Partner, with PassionBio acting as scientific and strategic advisor under a formal Service Agreement.
As the operating entity, PassionBio provides sourcing, evaluation, and development expertise. In this capacity, it is responsible for sourcing assets, conducting due diligences, and shaping development strategies through an active operational engagement with portfolio companies. These activities are guided by PassionBio’s Science Board with expertise across oncology, metabolic and liver diseases.
