Our Venture Building activities at PassionBio.tech include involvement in several companies, among them vaccine development ventures. One current initiative involves building a NewCo around an asset addressing a significant global unmet medical need. The program targets improved health outcomes in underserved regions, particularly in low- and middle-income countries, where enteric infections continue to pose a major public health challenge. We initiated and are structuring the transaction together with the asset originator. Typically, a NewCo is being formed under the leadership of experienced entrepreneurs with background relevant to vaccine development and translational drug development.
