Global reach spanning the USA, Europe, and Asia with in-depth experiences in business development, corporate strategy and advisory, compliance consulting, and scientific R&D for multinational pharmaceutical corporations, major investment banks, consulting firms, and early-stage companies. MBA from the University of Cambridge, UK, with a specialization in Finance, complemented by a BSc in Biochemistry from Seattle University, USA.​

Bryan Saldanha

Former Vice President in Investment Banking with a specialized focus on Healthcare, Medical Technology, and Diagnostics. Extensive expertise in originating and executing strategic and financial transactions across both private and public markets. Successfully conducted over 20 due diligence processes, including transactions with values ranging from $50 million to $4 billion. Earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management, with a concentration in Finance, from Boston College in 2019. Bryan became one of the youngest professionals to achieve the prestigious Vice President designation in the industry. 

Thomas Appl

Innovation accelerator specialized in the field of Advanced Therapies.  Track record for execution of large programs from Development, Tech Transfers , GMP manufacturing, Clinical Supply and Commercialization of Cell and Gene Therapies. Successful management of +20 Tech Transfers in non GMP to GMP environment, across  modalities, from US to Europe and within Europe. Special focus on hands on professional project management, lean principles, process digitalization and automation.  Senior level experience in executive roles in Pharma, Biotech, CDMOs, NGOs and academia. Diploma in Human Nutrition, PhD in Neuropharmacology from University of Potsdam, Germany.
